Agreement
1- I understand that all the information in the application becomes the property of HOBY Korea and Education Association for Software Empowerment (EASE) and may be used as materials for the development and promotion of its future programs.
2- I agree that HOBY Korea and Education Association for Software Empowerment (EASE) are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by mistakes or wrong information I submitted in the application form.
3- By attending ‘2025 HOBY Korea International Young Scholars Conference (2025 IYSC)’ I acknowledge and agree to grant HOBY Korea and Education Association for Software Empowerment (EASE) the right to record, film, photograph, or capture my likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed. I also grant HOBY Korea and Education Association for Software Empowerment (EASE) the right to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from me or any payment to me. This grant to HOBY Korea and Education Association for Software Empowerment (EASE) includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.
4- I agree that I take full responsibility for forged or false documents, and plagiarism.
5- I agree with the refund policy as below:
- 100% refund within 5 working days from the payment date
- No refund available after 5 working days from the payment date
- No refund available for the payment made within 5 days before the 1st day of the conference

Collection of Personal Information and Purpose of Use
Education Association for Software Empowerment (EASE) and HOBY Korea collects personal information for the following purposes:
- - Contacting applicants regarding program applications and admissions.
- - Managing program participation and publicizing relevant activities.
Retention and Use Period for Collected Personal Information
Once the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, HOBY Korea and Education Association for Software Empowerment (EASE) will promptly delete the information without exception.
